APIv3 unavailable between 8:00 PM PST and 9:18 PM PST

Incident Report for Global Cash Card

Resolved

The API servers (API version 3 only) were not functioning properly from approximately 8:00 PM PST to 9:18 PM PST. The application servers did not recover from a momentary loss of connectivity to the databases. They were hung in a live, but non-functional state. We are opening a ticket with the application server software vendor to find out why they did not recover without intervention.
