SFTP service interruption
Incident Report for Global Cash Card

At approximately 8:15 AM PDT the primary Global Cash Card SFTP cluster became unresponsive. Service functionality was restored by 8:32 AM PDT. If any file transmission attempts were made by your organization during that timeframe please verify that they were successfully received. We have opened a ticket with the vendor and are researching root cause for this interruption.
